Blaid Smith is a licensed real estate agent. Trained under the mentorship of his entrepreneurial father, Blaid has been immersed in the full spectrum of company operations from a young age — more recently gaining firsthand experience in new home sales, ground-up construction, and multi-family property management.

Currently, Blaid represents a growing new subdivision, helping buyers navigate the process of homeownership. Simultaneously, he plays an active role in the lease-up phase of multi-family apartment communities developed by the company's general construction division, working closely with on-site teams to optimize occupancy, marketing, and tenant relations.

Blaid's professional foundation is built on trust, adaptability, and a deep respect for both the legacy and future of his family's business. His mission is to grow into a leadership role where he can combine his people-first mindset and operational insight to develop communities that are built to last.
